Week 3 assignment "Wabi-Sabi" was to find beauty in imperfection which is usually found in old objects. I missed posting in 52frames so I posting here.
Week 14 assignment was curves. I'll share those later on in this blog.
The peeling, crumbling rust of this curve reminded me of the wrinkled, sagging skin of an aging athlete as he's performing a biceps curl. There's still strength and elegance but time has left its mark.
All captures are from the abandoned grain mill which I posted about earlier in my blog Abandoned.
For the week 14 assignment curves I focussed on symmetry and geometry
I chose this particular image because the curves together reminded me of yin/yang and I feel like the eye makes a "continuous loop" inside the image. Unfortunately it wasn't possible to get a true 50/50 split with the background due to the high angle.
