Fog On Number Two

The morning fog crept over the fairway and pond on the par 5 second hole at Big Creek Golf & County Club last Saturday morning.

A good tee shot would be to the right of the tree - too far to the right and you're in the water!

The pond that borders the right side of the fairway catches many tee shots, and several second shots!

I like that second shot! Haven't made it to the golf course yet, it's supposed to FREEZE here tonight, snowing in northern Michigan according to my friend. :-(((

Love #2, it looks so quiet. Makes me want to set up and start some sun salutations there. Probly would annoy a couple golfers though!

That is a hole in one shot Larry ! pretty nice timing ! i like the 2nd shot since the light source is on the sides that adds more mystic to the image , you did used the rules of thirds here.. well done my friend!
      best regards ,

Wonderful shots Larry. Especially the second. It looks to peaceful in the (early morning?) mist.
Perhaps if you got your snorkel out, you could make a fortune selling second hand golf balls.

Oh! #2 really does it for me! The colors, the light, the fog, the tree silhouette....comes together for a great shot!!

One of my first shots with a DSLR was of that tree & pond on #2 with some fog on it. Still one of my favorites. These are beautiful!

I think it would probably catch my 3rd, 4th and 5th shots:) That second one is amazing.
