This field of sunflowers is in Minnesota. All of them were facing East except one.

      OK....now I'm REALLY jealous! You got a cool shot of sunflowers....and even though I saw a couple fields of them while driving through Kansas we didn't have time to stop. Grrr....

      love it , even in nature there is always someone who stands out in a crowd . I always wonder if being different is natural courage or plain vanity? Being sure of oneself I suppose is better than being insecure but no matter what I'm sure there will always be someone to contradict the matter. Is your glass half empty or full sort of thing?
