About Larry Nelson
I was an active amateur photographer (film) in the 70's and 80's, then slowed down for "point and shoot" cameras. My son, John, caught the "bug" and brought me into the photo world again, but digital this time. I'm really loving it!
My wife (djnana) and I sometimes take our cameras on outings just to find interesting things to photograph. Photography helps you see things you didn't notice before, and I love my "new eyes."
My wife and I are Christians, parents of two grown married children, and grandparents of three girls and two boys. We are both members of the Rotary Club of Mountain Home, Arkansas, sponsors of several World Vision children, and love doing things that make a positive difference in people's lives.
God's creation is indeed fascinating, and I love watching it unfold in its magnificence every day.
