The Sun Sets, the Windowsill Remains

by Lisa October. 27, 2010 1526 views

I was up in my study working on a research project for a class this afternoon and noticed the sunset. Then after the sun was gone, I noticed some of the stuff on the windowsill.

One moment the sun's there…

The next moment it's gone.

In the meantime, here's a subatomic horse grazing in the shadow of an ammonium molecule.

1) A tape (songs of Oothukkadu Venkatasubbaiyer played by Padmasree Dr K.J. Yesudas) that I bought when I heard it playing in a store in Kumily, Kerala. 2) A piece of wind-up nigiri (Christmas present from my sister last year). The nigiri twirls around.

you got cool stuff.
(and sunsets really are time sensitive subjects - constantly changing and then poof, they are gone)
