Farewell lunch (12.04.20)

By no means am I a good cooker. While I did some farewell meals at home since I came to Canada. Friends come and go. Busy and enjoying each time

One of my guests is a vegetarian. So my meals came out absolute meat or absolute vegetables. It's bean curd stick with celery. Bean curd sticks are made out of the cream floating on the surface of boiled soy bean milk. It's the pick of soy beans.

Egg cake with spinach and carrot. Very good combination for eyes.

Soy choi with glass noodles. If I add some pork and stew them, it would come out a traditional dish of Northeast China.

Soup with papaya, white fungus, pear, goqi berries and crystal sugar. Girls' favorite for our skin. I'm too brave to cook it for Chris and Joyce. Hong Kong has a good reputation for it's Hong Kong style dessert.
