It was pouring with rain all day, so I decided to get ahead with this week's meals.

Today I made fish pie, pork apricot casserole with roast potatoes and broccoli, bolognese sauce, sweet potato soup and rice salad. I spent about five hours in the kitchen and am knackered now, but it will be nice to come home from work to a ready prepared dinner.

I saw on Msdanarae's fridge pic that you don't know what cheez-its are. Send me your address and I'll post you some. I love cheez-its. Everyone else should too. (Sorry for using comments for this but I can't figure out how to send you a private message right now!).

I wish I was this organized to pre-plan meals.
Oh nevermind, then I'd also need to know how to cook.

      Sure, rezinka.
The stove looks lovely, doesn't it? Unfortunately the oven thermostat has gone wrong, so I never know if something is going to take half an hour or an hour and a half!
