Peking Duck

Roasting Duck is really a science and an art form here in China. We brought Lolo and Mamu to Da Dong Roast Duck for a taste of one of the best roast ducks and it has never failed to impress. There are several branches in the city but we went to the one in Jinbao Place where the oven is right in the middle of the resto. It's the first thing you see as soon as you enter.

Chefs stand guard over the ducks. The place was fully booked today and are expecting a lot of customers, today being a part of week long National Holiday celebration here.

The Master Chef makes about 180 even cuts for each duck and does this in front of each table.
