This is my usual weekday lunch when there are no leftovers in the fridge. I have the frozen udon noodle pack that comes with the japanese sauce. It can be had both ways, either hot or cold. If cold, the udon is dipped in the sauce then eaten. If hot, like I prefer, I pour the sauce mixture in a cup of boiling water (where the noodles are cooked) then voila! Instant noodle soup that is so yummy.
