Sizzling Sisig

Of course, our vacation in Manila will not be complete without eating Sisig. Hubs and I had this in Razon's after shopping in MOA. It's so hard to describe this to virgin tastebuds since everything about it sounds so bad. It's oily, fatty, and made from different parts of the pork that's usually discarded in other countries such as pork's ears and/or cheeks. For me, for as long as you don't eat this every single day, it's totally worth it! It's very tasty and mixes well with piping hot rice and an ice-cold drink. Best served on a sizzling plate for that crunchy feel! Y-U-M-M-Y!
