Sights in My Town

Pikes Peak (below) was known to the Ute People as “Tava,” meaning “Sun” in their dialect of the Aztec language.

Mural painted on outside wall of jewelry store.

Looking through the old railway station towards the Historic Ute Inn.

Love them all and the towns in the west! Yes, Devil's Tower was in the movie "Encounters". The fall colors add a nice touch don't you think?

I like this kind of artistic entrance to a town.

Check out that blue sky in the first one!! Gorgeous!! I love the bw one, it looks so "old western tv show". Your town seems to have a nice ambience to it.
