Various dog shots taken mainly in Manitou Springs over the past few weeks….

I call this one “Castle Dog.” He was sitting regally in the garden of Miramont Castle. A boy walked through as I was shooting and I asked if it was his dog. He said, “No, that dog just likes to come here and sit sometimes.” I loved that dog….

Creek dog waiting for his owner to throw a stick.

I didn't venture beyond the gate….

Name: Patron
Age: 14 1/2 yrs.
Breed: 1/2 Dingo, 1/2 Blue Heeler

Met him and his mom on a trail. She said after they “walk” she uses a treadmill to get her exercise. Petrone doesn't move so fast anymore….

Super splashy fun!!!

Yikes…..this reminds me of a movie. Anyone know what movie?

This guy hangs out on the roof of the Manitou Auto Service.

Famous cartoon dog (yeah, Scooby Doo!) eyeing some bones (actually a mobile which just happened to be hanging in front of him). Shot last year at the BAC (Business of Art Center).

Tomie's little friend??

Look out!!! Got my eye on YOU!!!

Haha, Mimi. When I saw the Scooby shot, I was like, "WHAT? She used my picture and didn't even credit me?" And then I remembered we were together that day and took the same shots there.

My favorite is the peeking dog. It's kinda scary and fun at the same time.
