Dear followers, current and futuere touring and adventurous cyclists and travellers.
I started my 7th long bicycle journey in the last day of July 2017.
I took a bus and a bike on it to Lviv, Ukraine.
I spent hilarious 2 weeks in this huge but beautiful city thanks to my long time friends who are adventurous cycists themselves and travel on their bikes a lot and since they kids were born they hve been taken them on bikes with them. Thank you Dima and Ola for letting me stay at your home for 2 weeks at your home while you where traveling with kids on bikes across Ukraine and Moldova :)
I started my new bicycle adventure in Lviv and went across breathtaking landscapes in Transcarpathian mountains to Uzhhorod town close Slovakian border. Later I went back to the mountains and waterfalls. Back to town and I cycled through Slovakia and mountains there to go down to Hungary and reach Lake Balaton. I followed the coast of the lake and headed Graz town in Austria where I stayed for over a week doing street performances to earn some money for a camera I am going to buy soon. I countinued cycling south to hilly Slovenia to Maribor town and then to the capital Ljubjana where in both cities I performed. In ljubjana I celebrated my birthday and head the road to Croatia across the mountains and dirty roads in forests to Postojna to my old friend Elenka who I met in Morocco in 2008. I could sleep in a home finally after freeying and wet nights on the road under the open sky. The following day I went across the mountains to Opatja and Dobrec town in the mountains of Istria peninsula and just 1 km from Učka Nature Park where I could relax in a peaceful place surrounded by wonderful nature with an awasome view at the Adriatic Sea. We went picking mushrooms in a virgin forest. After 2 nights I went down to Volosko old coastal town and continued to Rijeka town 2 days ago. I will be cycling across the islands and Balkan countries and Italy to North Africa and back to continue to Asia :) I mostly update my blog on facebook now as I have no pc or laptop to write and manage this blog. I will be updating my bicycle journey here from time to time :)
