In summer 2006 I cycled across Ukraine, Romania, Hungary and Slovakia and crossed many high mountain ranges. In 2007/2008- 14 months traveling by bicycle and hitch-hiking alone across Western Europe and across 4 African countries like Morocco, Sahara, Mauritania, Senegal and Gambia meeting the cultures and looking for humanity. This travel was a huge experience and a life school where you can meet different people but the unforgotten hospitality is the first thing that you can meet. 2009- I have traveled for 4 months. 2 months having cycled from Poland across Ukraine, Moldova, Romania, Bulgaria to Turkey where the truck driver crashed me.I cured myself after the car accident. Then 2 months having hitch-hiked to Greek Lesbos island and across Turkey and Kurdistan on Turkish side. 09.06.2010-19.03.2014 I have cycled for almost 4 years. I went across Poland-->Belarus-->Ukraine--> Romania-->Bulgaria-->Turkey--> Greece--> Balkan countries (Macedonia- FYROM, Kosovo, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Croatia and Serbia)--> Cyprus--> Lebanon--> Jordan--> 3 months around Israel and Palestine (West Bank) under occupation by Israel---> 3 months around Egypt (Sinai, all the way down the Nile river and all the Oasis across the desert)---> The North Sudan---> Ethiopia --> Kenya--> Uganda--> Rwanda--> Burundi--> Tanzania--> Zambia--> Zimbabwe--> Botswana--> South Africa--> Swaziland--> Mozambique--> South Africa. http://steelburgernews.co.za/11445/from-poland-to-cape-town-on-nothing-but-his-bicyle/ July 2014-March 2015 I started this bicycle journey in Prague, Czech Republic and I have crossed Czech, Germany, Switzerland, France, Cataluña and Aragon, Navarra regions in Spain, Basque Country and Cantabria, Asturia, Galicia, Portugal and Andalusia in Spain, Morocco. I've reached Africa by bicycle for 3rd time and went along the Meditarean Sea coast of Morocco then across Rif and Atlas mountains across Sahara desert through Western Sahara, Mauritania, Senegal, Gambia, Casamance, Guinea Bissau, Casamance, Gambia. In autumn 2016 I did a very spontaneous Scandinavian bicycle trip across Sweden, Norway and Denmark, Germany. My current journey I started in July 2017. I am going through central Europe, Balkan countries, Greece, Turkey along the Black Sea to Caucasus mountains, Georgia, Armenia, Iran to cross Asia and Latin America.

Ukraine-Slovakia-Hungary-Austria-Slovenia-Croatia-Bosnia&Herzegovina-Montenegro-Albania-Italy-Tunisia-Albania-Mecedonia FYROM-Kosovo-Macedonia FYROM-Serbia... and still going on... 7500 km done in my 7th long-distance bicycle journey and around 51 000 km done on a bicycle across the world. I am going direction Asia now.

I highly recommend 2 non-profit hospitality exchange projects like the touring cyclist hospex https://www.warmshowers.org and not only for cyclists but all kinds of travellers https://www.bewelcome.org
