“tabula rasa” is the epistemological thesis that individuals are born without built-in mental content and that their knowledge comes from experience and perception

traces of this idea appear as early as the writings of Aristotle. it sharply contrasted with the Platonic notions of the human mind as an entity that pre-existed somewhere in the heavens, before being sent down to join a body here on Earth

the theory of tabula rasa is contradicted in William Golding's celebrated novel, Lord of the Flies. he wrote the book in hope of proving that all humans are born with an innate evil, and it is the job of humans to contain that evil. 400 years earlier Thomas Hobbes the philosopher has similar objections - he believed that all humans are inherently selfish

we are certainly born with things that are already there inside us, determining who/what we become

Szinkronicitás az éterben...(?)........., ahogy a "tabula rasa" képi megjelenítésére gondoltam a minap magam is! Meglep és meghat!
A tisztaság, üresség, kitöltetlenség mellett azt hiszem benne kell legyen az erő, és a sugárzó értékké válás lehetősége is!
