Old Camera

This Zeiss Ikon camera belongs to my partner Tom and was his father's camera.

They were 1st produced in the 30s and I think this one dates from 1954.

I find these old cameras very attractive.

We have yet to see if the film inside is recoverable. It has 6 shots taken so far…

Momac and Elizzi- Moira and Elizabeth will be interested to see this their dad's camera.

Would be interesting to see if that could be refurbished so it can be used again. This brings back soooo many memories ,I can even picture it sitting in it's brown case in the left hand side of mum's sideboard!

Cool I can't believe people took such great photos with this type of camera. I only know of digital cameras!

Really like the contrast between the warm wood and the cold metal.
