It always surprises me to see Los Angeles. I have a rare concept of this place mostly fragments from 70's movies and old crime drama tv series. It has never been a place I desired to visit however recently thanks to the Photoblog community I get some real insight. It really is a varied landscape of photographic fun.

Beautiful shot! What an incredible building! Now that I've seen "Blood Diamonds" I can't help but think about those poor people when I see the word "diamonds".

I like how you mixed the rain drops with the diamonds. Looks like a really interesting building! Old architecture with lots of detail.

Also loved the rain today.....and the way you captured and commemorated such a rare event!
