Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever.
Lance Armstrong

Yes I have recent one was on Sunday and only today I had some relief Tuesday morning
I remember the first time I had a migraine. All of a sudden everything was too bright and my head was pounding ravenously.that was in 2006

I used to have awful migraines, but fortunately once I calmed down and tried to keep as much stress out of life as possible, they have almost disappeared. I take this as evidence that mine were triggered by stress. The onset was often heralded by a sudden annoyance with bright electric lights. I never worked out whether the lights were cause or symptom, but within half an hour a full blown migraine hit. Head pain on my right side and my eye will have a strange felling yes the right eye

Sometime even cold breeze hits my forehead or if I do not dry my hair after shower it trigger the migraine.

“One problem with gazing too frequently into the past is that we may turn around to find the future has run out on us.” – Michael Cibenko

“Sometimes you have to let go to see if there was anything worth holding on to.”

“Life is not about waiting for the storms to pass…It’s about learning how to dance in the rain.” — Vivian Greene

“Laugh when you can, apologize when you should, and let go of what you can’t change. Life’s too short to be anything… but happy.”

I also used to suffer from horrible migraines. I would think my head would explode and I would vomit until there was nothing left. I have not had one now for over 4 years. I wish you speedy recovery. I just love the first quote Satish. So true.

I'm sorry to hear you're troubled with migraine attacks. I have them too once a while and I hate it. Best remedy for me is not to hate it... never easy, but the struggle against the migraine costs so much energy and for me in the acceptance I can rest. Wish you the best..

I had it since 9 years old...and the way you describe it in both pictures and words is just how I feel but I found great help in the new medicines and a attack that use to let 3-4 days is down to 15 -20 minutes! Amazing:)
