      Nice shots! In my country, the Philippines, we use tamarind to create a sour taste in a soup called "sinigang". ;)

      Very interesting to see the actual tamarind plant. I've only learned to use this cooking ingredient in the last few years and didn't know it has such pretty flowers - especially since the pods are not very attractive!! I've added #5 to my favorites.
