Today, I will respect my thoughts and use them wisely. Our thoughts are what shape the world we experience, and to a lesser extent the world of others. We have the power to hurt or lift up anyone we choose, including ourselves. And it all starts with our thoughts. Those thoughts create energy that manifests into actions or words. We become what we are habitually thinking. Today's challenge is to be mindful of the thoughts we have and the energy we are sending out into the universe.
