I missed yesterday…but did manage this photo of Mt. Blanc to gether with a photo of Lake Léman looking towards Geneva.
The bridge I am standing on has a sheer drop one side…many a time I've dived from there. We lived here from 1987-1990 at a little place called Cran-sur-Celigny.
The third shot shows where we lived…the house on your left furthest away. This photo is for Diane so she can see where I walked to the mail boxes!
I was obliged to chat with 7 sets of Swiss neighbours, all extremely kind. We arrived on a Tuesday in June and were immediately invited to their yearly brunch the following Sunday…48 empty wine and champagne bottles were duly taken to the bottle bank Monday morning…lucky indeed to find ourselves in such a friendly neighbourhood which I still visit!
The last is the chateau at Nyon where my daughter lives…the next town along from Crans.

My home 1987-91…on your left at the back.

Wonderful shots. I ove the architecture of Suisse Romande. I lived in the dépendence of the Château de Bossey at Céligny. I also had a view from my bedroom window of Mt Blanc. Small world! Thanks for letting me know about this.
