Les Fromageries au Marché du Chatillon.

Passerine…these photos are for you…I wish I could offer you some cheese with a glass of red wine, it'll have to be virtual!

The entrance to Chatillon-sur-Chaleronne.
The rooms overhead are “gites”.

Lost in conversation!
The weather was appalling this morning, so customers were few and far between.

Looks to be tasty!

LHS Morbier. RHS. Bleu de Gex.
Behind…Tomme de Savoie.
I enjoy the “bleu de Gex” chopped up with walnuts and tossed with a balsamic dressing and endive. Delicieux!

Leaving the market via the arched entrance. As a pedestrian I can do that!

Rooms and/or appartments to let, but no service available. Cheap, clean and cheerful. Sometimes breakfast is served, but only coffee, croissants and bread! As you would expect in France.
