365 Day Challenge - Day 22

by Matt Mcleary January. 22, 2017 946 views

Again running low on time tonight, been too busy chilling today. Tried watching Blade Runner for the first time today, wasn't feeling it was a little gutting, had to turn it off an hour in. I watched Inferno instead, it was 'OK'.

Set up the soft box again and 'papped' the dog. However not until I imported it into LIghtroom did I notice that most of my shots were out of focus. I seem to struggle in low lighting with my D3100, it's a tad annoying and restrictive.

I tried to save the image as much as I could.

Pug, Dog

Looks like I managed to get the back eye in focus rather than the front.

Better luck next time I suppose...

I recently upgraded from a 3100 to 7200...the low light performance of the 3100 definitely leaves something to be desired and was why I decided to upgrade. You've got such a cute subject!
