Brig O’Doon, is in Alloway South Ayrshire, it is a bridge used in the Tam O’Shanter poem by Robert Burns, in the late 18th century. In the poem Tam O’Shanter is on a horseback and being chased by a witch called Nannie, he escapes over the bridge. I like my gardens a little wilder than this, but it does look a very attractive place to visit. Nice the way the gardens have the lovely river running through.

Wonderful captures ...Hmm hard pick a favorite. Love them all but nr3 ..I see the horse in full gallop with a man on its back... a cap wave behind a him in the wind ...Great set and makes the imagination flow :) Love them !
