Nikon D40X; 0.4sec at f/25, ISO 100 28mm(18-55 kit lens)
With all the sewage recently released into the rivers due to the high levels of rainfall, I don't dare touch this water. It was neat photographing though. I ordered my first 10-stop neutral density filter yesterday so in anticipation of it's arrival, I tried to mimic one of the techniques I bought it for... leveraging this Nikon D40X's weakness for needing a lot of light, I stopped down the aperture all the way and slowed the shutter and dropped the ISO to capture "smooth" water. I think it kinda worked!
