Fairmont Chateau, Lake Louise, Alberta. This was one of our stop over points whilst discovering Alberta. Canoeing in the crystal clear lake, breathing in the fresh crispy air, enjoying the views of the snow cladded peaks around & a hot chocolate to go along...what more do I need?

We started our Alberta "exploration" in Calgary.. Alberta's largest city. It is hard to miss the bronze "Conversational Sculpture" on Stephen Avenue in Down town Calgary. The city is dotted with many beautiful sculptures.

Pristine Nature.. Many pit stops along the highway to Jasper to soak in nature, admire its beauty or even to simply sit down and unwind!

We stayed at a hotel in Jasper overlooking this lake. The early morning view was amazing... the retracting fog saying adieu to the lake, absolute silence and the canoes waiting for canoers for their day to start!
