Megan in Alaska

I'm sorry it's taking me so long to post these darn photos! I've been processing, travelling (STILL) and trying to get them uploaded. All the photos with me in them were taken by Steve. He was my partner in crime when we went exploring. I still have one more set that I want to post, so stay tuned.

On my way to work on Saturday morning, this is what I saw in my rearview mirror. The sun was coming up behind the mountains and it was gorgeous!

The wind was whipping!

Contemplating the meaning of life….could be here awhile.

I've come to find that I'm much more comfortable behind the lens….

I'm not big into real furs…but I wanted to get to know the Alaskan culture a bit better. These furs were very soft and very expensive. They had hats, mittens, ear muffs, scarves…any everything else that you can imagine. These were fox, lynx, and rabbit furs.

I love them all - it's great to see you in front of the lens (none of us get out there very often ;-). I really love the last one though, the close up of the fur with the blurred background is great!

Wonderful shots, all of them! Your rearview mirror is awesome, as is Megan contemplating the meaning of life. Just gorgeous!
