UNTOLD STORIES

I ALWAYS HAVE THIS FEELING SINCE MY CHILDHOOD WHILE SCROLLING DOWN PHOTOGRAPHS,I USED TO STOP FOR A WHILE WHENEVER THERE COMES A BLACK AND WHITE PHOTOGRAPH,IS IT BECAUSE BLACK AND WHITE IS THE MOST PRIME COLOUR OF COSMOS OR BECAUSE WHERE GAUDY COLOURS ATTRACTS OUR EYES ON THE OTHER HAND BLACK AND WHITE USE TO ENTHRALL OUR SOULS?  ACTUALLY LOOKING AT A COLOURED  PHOTOGRAPH IS NOT EXACTLY THE SAME FEELING THAT YOU GET WHILE LOOKING AT A BLACK AND WHITE PHOTOGRAPH,BLACK AND WHITE IS ABSTRACT,IT IS SOBER,LOOKING AT A BLACK AND WHITE PICTURE MAKES YOU FEEL THAT YOU ARE ALREADY LOOKING AT A DIFFERENT WORLD.

THERE IS A THEORY THAT MOST OF THE DREAMS WE SEE ARE BLACK AND WHITE, I GUESS THE REASON.

WHATS YOUR THEORY?

I love B&W photos and a lot of times prefer them because of the same reason that you stated. They show us a different perspective to the opposite world (color) and they bring out details that our eyes might not have readily noticed in color. Yes, they can be somber, and almost forcing us to look deeper into our thoughts and explore longer..I really enjoy your blog. It gives me food for thought. Good day!

B&W shows you something in a way you’re not used to seeing it...That's my theory.
