Playing around with different textures, light and 'pose' of the Asian pear

Personally I found this difficult as there was this much one can do with a whole pear - shooting from the top and sides . I know that I could have halved the pear for a different view but I did not feel like eating the pear that day ...

#2 My favourite. I seldom take notice of the texture of pears from any perspective. They land in my mouth quicker than a split infinitive 😁.

Thank you, Piotr! What with the lockdown, anything insignificant becomes interesting for the camera!! Hahaha!!

Thanks John. Me too, I kind of like #4 because of the slight crease on the top right hand side.

#2 grabs my attention because of the variance in the background colors. To me it has a painted looked.

Thank you, Camellia. Yes, I was trying to achieve a painted look texture.
