Back to London

So, at last, I felt confident enough last Sunday to have a trip into London. It seems like a long day since and I've missed it.

Thought we'd have a stroll from Liverpool Street station and through Whitechapel. I'd created a Jack the Ripper tour but as usual, we wandered off course a bit as there is so much to see and photograph.

I'd started off with a roll of Lomography Berlin Kino 400 film in my trusty Olympus OM2n. It's noted for it's contrasty finish and grain.

A stall holder in Spitalfields market. I got round to chatting with her and she told me that she came from Brazil 6 years ago and really liked London but she was missing being able to see her family in Brazil. Berlin Kino 400. Olympus

I changed film to Ilford FP4+ which should be quite different with a much finer grain structure and tonal values.
