Two Sides

The first two shots I edited but David took :) This was one of the most laid back, fun shoots. I wish I took a picture of the two lights that we had up. I am trying to find what I like when it comes to photography. There are so many things to learn with so little time! David has a fantastic grasp on.. well in my opinion everything. Particularly how he composes and lights his shots. There is always more you can learn and I'm happy I have more then a few people now that I get to lean on and pull inspiration from.

I will try to be posting more consistently but sometimes life just gets crazy! Do you have a favorite person to go out and shoot with, what makes that person so much fun to go out and get creative with?

#1 I love the double exposure. #4 I love the color and the smile in this one. They are both quite cinematic looking . Right now I have no favorite people to go shoot with and I have not shot enough people to be comfortable with it . Honestly this is an area that I need to work on .

I really find it fun with #4 we were trying for a serious look but only smile were happening smile It was so much fun.

Your photos are amazing, the textures, your angles, very interesting and beautiful gallery you have. Shooting people can be very awkward depending on who it is, thats for sure.

Thank you and I think a large part of that is knowing what I want the end product to be but not knowing how to communicate that which would and does frustrate me some.

It has taken me a long time to find the right words to use with people for them to understand what I want out of them. It can be a frustrating time! lol

They have that cinematic look! Ask David if that was what he was aiming for, I'm curious!
My husband and I live and breathe photography!
I started a local photography club, and gave lessons to the public, that is how we met!
It is fun to have someone that has the same interests, creative passion!

He mostly does video work and he is brilliant at it. I will have to ask but from all the photos I have seen of his they all have that cinematic look, always very well put together.
That's amazing! Once I'm more confident I really want to teach :)
It's so important to work with people who have similar interest and creative passion, they just push you forward more. Hopefully you also push them, while learning to see things from a different perspective !

I like all four! Lovely bokeh in all 4
#1 red nose??? Too much wine(((grin)))
I usually prefer to go shoot alone.......I can "get into it" better, it seems.....
It's difficult for me to concentrate on more than one thing at a time......

I know I was thinking about cropping #4 but i was in love with the background :P
There is never too much wine! lol
I could see that, sometimes I will go out on my own. It all depends on the type of shoot I'm on.
As long as the person I'm with is okay with me walking a way and spending how ever long on on subject just to get it right. Then I know I'm out with the right kind of human
