Cyclosa conica but according to my inverstigations it is a (Cyclosa conica zamezai which is only found in Portugal)

This specie of spider neatly arranges the exoskeletons of its victims in its web to camouflage its presence hanging downward below them. These spiders are small. The females range from 5.3 mm to 7.5 mm, and the males range from 3.6 mm to 4 mm.
