An Interpretation Of A Fake

Chrysotoxum cf. Elegans aka Chrysotoxe HoverBold Textfly

Some of you might think it could sting me. But guess again? This is not a wasp, it is a hoverfly. it feeds only in flowers, It doesn't go any harm.
So now I ask, should you believe in everything that appears to be?

you can enlarge…it doesn't sting

Fabulous close ups Ricky! Sting or no sting I'm not sure I'd have been brave enough to allow it that close to my eye though!

Very convincing, but surely a little too large and/or plastic to be real?
