Summers here and evening star gazing is in full swing. Here my scope is aimed at the new crescent moon. We see images of stars and planets- and we see telescopes for sale; but we rarely see telescopes and the objects they are aimed at together. I enjoy the star party as much as the actual viewing. Here's to looking up.

Looks fun - nice telescope! Right now we’re camping in an area designated as an official International Dark Sky Community. Many come here to shoot the night sky. So far I haven’t made that attempt!

Tsao- it is a SC Celestron 9.25in; not that large in the world of telescopes but it is powerful enough to see deep into the night sky. Cheers.
