How can it be over

A Few End of the Summer Shots

Shelly and I have done a ton this summer, and I thought I would share a shot or two from our adventures of late. I have made a run at this multiple times, only to get side tracked because we have had busy weekends. The weekends have been good busy. My job on the other hand has felt like being on a chain gang of late with lots of heat, sweat, dirt and wheat chaff.

It has been harvest time, and that includes harvesting hundreds of research plots, and standing out in a dirty field all day wiring new sensors for new experiments, only to come back and find a coyote or antelope has chewed on some of them, then the fire smoke set in, and all those things you associate with beauty during summer disappeared into another reason to lockdown at home. As my college age daughter said.."go home 2020..your drunk" That said, we will share some shots of the good times.

Always that moment of what kind of snake is it...no doubt here. Luckily I wasn't distracted because I would have stepped on him.

Your very welcome Rachele..We have had naught but grey poison air for a week, so it was nice to reflect back on when things were clean :)
