Staple grilled burger. Beef pattie, I like mine medium or rarer. Cheese, lettuce, tomato, sauteed onions. Simple Special Sauce (Ketchup, Majo, extra hot Mustard). Brioche bun.



In my family, I'm the only one who likes burgers, so I prepare some patties, loosely wrap them in a baking sheet and freeze them. I take them out one at a time and put them on the grill (or the pan) frozen, which works very well.

I usually prepare all the ingredients in such a container, so I can easily take it outside (if we grill) and easily assemble it.
