Good news! I had class again today, (only two more!!)and my professors gave me a beautiful compliment. They said they thought my article would get published! (The whole point of this particular class is to write an article on an action research project.) I don't particularly care if my article gets published or not, I just want to graduate. Having said that, I do appreciate having nice things said after all the work I have been doing lately. It was really what I needed to hear in order to keep my momentum up, and finish this thing out!

After class I had a baby shower for Whitney (book club preggy number 2) over at Erika's house. (Erika from club, too.) These shots were taken at her house.

Watching American Gangster….gotta run!

T.

I took this shot, but Andre messed around with the color. I liked how it turned out.

This is a mirror that hangs above the mantel.

The piano…

Wow, what a fantastic subject that mirror makes. Love the angles you chosen, and the colour tone suits it well.
Such a classic old piano, such character. #5's perspective is cool :)
Congrats on the article!!

Very neat set. I'll have to see this grand piano the next time I'm at Erika's.
I'm so glad you got some positive feedback. That really will help you with momentum. See you Wednesday.

Great great news re your studies and the work with a possibility of getting published :D Woo hoo!
This, by the way, is a fantastic set - I love the antique feel the sepia gives all the shots, particularly with the piano. But #2 is flawless composition and really nice tones and texture :)
