Pea Island

We went to Pea Island Wildlife Refuge for the bird walk. Although this is not a peak time of year there, we saw a number of different types of heron, egret, ibis, ducks, and other birds (king, cardinal, morning dove, mockingbirds, grackles). I'd love to go back during migration periods in fall or spring.

      Superb captures, the heron in #3 looks like he is walking on water :)
