Braggin Rights

The Midlothian Photo Expo is one of the largest photo expos in the United States, or so say they. I don't care, it was big enough for me. There were 724 entries this year in 12 categories for amature, same for pro, and same for junior. I entered six photos and came home with two first places and a third place. Here they are with me.

This is the family all time favorite of my photos of recent years. Called “Missing in Action” cause my wife ate it. See if you can see it. It was shot at the State Fair of Texas.

This is my personal favorite because of the story behind it. Evidently the judges liked it too. She really wanted to sell that dead crab.

This is “Waiting for Morning”, kayaks stacked in Provincetown, Mass awaiting the next days crowds. After I had it framed the family decided that the red frame was too much. It's a fine time to tell me Lucille. Still did pretty good.

Me with the family favorite.

Just a few of the entries.
