In one of my photo groups I'm called Super Photo Man because even at 70 I'm able to take hand held shots sharper than many of the younger shooters because of a steady hand. They claim that I either stop my heartbeat to take the shot or don't have one.

Walked part of the Trinity Audubon trail this afternoon trying to refine my bird shooting technique and caught this mockingbird. The mockingbird is the state bird of Texas. It's called the mocking bird because of it's ability to mock the songs of dozens of other birds. Sitting it looks fairly dull colored but when it flys there are patterns of black, white, and gray that make unmistakable. Hope you like him or her as the case may be.
