Walkin After Midnight

Well, not really after midnight but a Patsy Cline song title just seemed right for these shots. Needed some night shots for a contest just to be different, I hope.
And I hope you enjoy.
This is a footbridge across a narrow part of Whiterock Lake near Mockingbird Lane in Dallas. It was shortly after sundown and I was still able to get some of the sky color. And as luck would have it, no one on the bridge.
From just off the northeast side of the footbridge. Looking closely you can see a few stars in the sky. Enlarge for a better look.
A little different angle and a slightly different exposure.
Now from the southeast side of the bridge with a slightly different sky tint from the angle.
A little stronger angle and a slightly different exposure.
Different magnification on the lens. I was using an 18-70mm Sony kit lens which is my usual go to lens.
I think I had it all the way down to 18mm on this one.
Using a 70-300 Sony lens I got this shot towards downtown Dallas with the Green Weinie in the background. Even though it was a really calm night there was just enough wind to cause a little bluring on the boat masts. I was at about 300mm. The slight blur on the buildings is different from the masts and may have been heat waves from the concrete near downtown.
