Family Time at the Perot

Spent a couple of hours touring the Perot Museum of Natural Science. I've seen a lot of museums in the past but this one tops them all. It's in a class of it's own. My grandson thought it was fantastic. I'll let you figure out what most of the things are. The lighting was fantastic for strange lighting. Hope you enjoy.

Connor hit the museum running. He fell in love with the florescent fish.

Sorry, can't get the verticals to come up right.

Paul, Connor, and Laura looking at some sort of exhibit.

Dino, Connor, and grandma Janie.

Paul joined the next shot.

That vertical thing again. Turn sideways and think……jungle!

Mister Deer

Mr. I'm gonna eat that deer.

Struggling to get the flap down.

Our little observer not saying a thing, but won't turn right side up either.

Just a closer look with thee. Darn it, what is this I see?

Pick up the little balls with the tongs and put them in the jar.

Now he's got all of them in it.

Caught me taking his photo.

Another sharp eyed bird.

Almost dark on the earthquake machine. Both of them tickled at the rumbling and shaking.

No daddy, let me drive.

The annual Christmas photo.

Uncle Russell. I think he's going to smack grand dad if he doesn't put down his camera.

Unique style to the Perot.

Looks hungry to me.

Another one, don't they feed these things around here?

On it's side again. Entrance to the gem exhibit.

The shape of this crystal and the markings on the side remind me of the Borg ship from Star Trek. Resistance if futile.
