Return to Marwell

by Jools Gowans July. 17, 2009 1329 views

We made another visit to Marwell this afternoon - we were last there just over a year ago and just like last time we were treated to rain.
Fortunately the penguins didn't seem to mind.

Looking at you looking at me

This one's for Helen!

The giraffes were all indoors, fortunately the giraffe house allows for reasonable photography.

Which way up?

This unusual view demonstrates how giraffes can see what's going on beneath them.

We visited the Meerkats but they had unsurprisingly all taken cover.

Can't keep away from the penguins, eh?
Weather looks brutal, it's the same here. I didn't realise we had monsoon season in England.
