Monochrome landscape

by Berckmans Peter April. 18, 2018 429 views

From last weekends walk, on the moor in the north of Antwerp. Spring is not yet fully arrived there. The landscapes there are quite open, you have a bit of woodland and the rest is very sandy with low vegetation. Landscapes can look good in monochrome, the litle person in the picture is my wife. she is not always pleased waiting while I take some photos. But we make it up with some shopping, her favourite pastime.

I like the feel about this photo, it is a bit vintage to me.

Sometimes it is not easy to decide whether to go with colors or with black and whites only. But it works very well with B&W in this picture. I love it.

Lately I have done a 100 days in B&W, after a while you begin to see it or just feel like this is good in monochrome. Glad you like it.
