A hot topic here in Europe now, should we step out of nuclear power or not. One thing is sure the cooling towers are a magnet for photographers.

I agree with you,but our politicians are saying that already many many years. But do nothing to replace them.

This is an interesting fact to me anyway. Thanks to the Nuke power plants in south florida the American Crocodile (not the alligator)  has made a significant comeback in the wild. The combo of warmer waters and protected lands were/are ideal for them to lay eggs and the young to grow .

Yes, here a lot of fish came back in the river and doing well,due to the warm water. But there are to many breakdowns because they are old. some people are scared for a disaster. Germany already stopped with nuclear.I find we not have an alternativy energysource yet.
