After the burn

by Berckmans Peter June. 30, 2018 710 views

Scenes from a burnt out garage. already standing empty a few months this garage was completly destroyed in a fire. Sadly for me they already cleared it out. But still had a look around what I could photograph. Found a few interesting scenes and also some nice play from light and shadows.

#3 - can't explain why, but this is really eye catching!
#4, #7 - reminded me of Lucien Clergue, who played a lot with this light-shadow-effects, but I like this decay more than his nudes ...

Great work Peter. I especially love #3 and #4. You've captured very well the play between light and darkness.

I find abandoned or unused spaces interesting to explore
#4 #7 are two of my favorites from this series . I think its the shadows/light interaction
