This weekend we have in Antwerp a big remembrance of the liberation of Antwerp, 75 years ago, during WWII. Of course had to go there to take pics, they will follow later.
Let me take the time here to thank all the British, American and Canadian soldiers who came here to fight for our freedom. I was a bit surprised to see how much the respect and the emotions still are living towards our liberators.
Let me say , THANK YOU.
I find this picture has a posterlike feel about it. Taken with the vintage Fujinon 55mm f2.2 on my Fuji. Straight B&W out of the camera, wanted to get very close to B&W film. working with vintage lenses is growing on me more and more.
