When the schools closed some had a problem to keep their kids busy. Everything was closed playgrounds ,parks etc. For the older kids not much of a problem, they can keep themselve busy. The youngsters on the other hand ,they wanted to play outside with the good weather.
Somebody started the idea ,to put cudly bears in the window. So parents could have a walk with the kids and hunt for bears. This idea was picked up fast and out came the bears. Not only people with childern were doing it but elderly, grown ups with no childern joined in. The idea spread fast.
As more and more families were bearhunting, and the kids had fun doing it. The news came. The goverment asked to take away the bears, for the fear that to many go out and social distance is not being respected. It came on the tele, radio and in the newspapers.
Still on my daily walks, I see bears. They have grown from an idea to a statement. People do not take them down because the goverment ask so. They did it for the childern and they are staying there for the childern. That is the power of the bear. And i must confess, if i see them on my walks ,they bring a smile to my face.
Be honest , we all love a TEDDY.

Never heard that before. But I love the idea, and the pictures too. Every time I go out for my morning walk I never see anyone.
Everyday less people on the street. Yesterday a child of 12 died and that did shock the young community a bit. They thought they were imune.
