Strange how an ordinary shirt can become a subject for my eye and camera.
I was trying out a new vintage lens I just received. The Meyer-Optik Gorlitz Domiplan 50mm f2.8. Not a fast lens by al means, it is German glass from times gone by. They made some good lenses, you just have to be lucky to get a good copy. What they all have is tons of character. It sooths me very well. Wide open it is not sharp at all, but when stopped down it gets good. Sure it is going to be used well and will be in my bag a lot of time. Strange that they were standard on some very cheap Eastgerman cameras.
Aso the color rendering it creates is pretTly much to my liking, but that will come later.
