Leftovers from some old railroadtracks. The texture from this wooden beams got my attention. In the same time I had to keep the link with the railroad, the old engine in the back served this purpose very well.

I love these Peter, the focus and depth of field is just perfect. Kept coming back to each photo and looked and looked! That's the sign of a great image!

You gonna have big flames. Some have years from oil and petrol over them. They are gery popular in gardens and in interior design.

...just on that, many years ago, doing exploration drilling in the desert in Australia we had very cold nights (and hot days). We had lots of old railroad sleepers and lots of waste diesel fuel. Our evil brains had us soak the sleepers for about a week in the waste diesel... Then each night we would be very warm, but very smokey! Still, warm was better!!!!
